How long are the gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Can I redeem my voucher for cash?
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Are your vouchers refundable?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Can I cancel my booking?
Sessions booked using the gift vouchers fall under the same cancellation policies of those that booked with a normal payment.
Can I redeem a gift voucher purchased in Glasgow for the studio in Edinburgh?
You wan’t be able to book Edinburgh studio online with a gift voucher purchased for the Glasgow Studio.
If you wish to do so, please e-mail the studio directly and we will be happy to help.
Do You Offer Paper Gift Vouchers?
All of our gift vouchers are issued digitally as standard. However, if you would prefer a paper gift voucher, please email our team and we’ll be happy to arrange one for you.
The cost for a printed gift voucher including postage is £5. If you would prefer to collect the voucher directly from the venue, the cost is £3 on top of the voucher value.
I have lost my voucher can you book me in?
Lost gift vouchers can only be reassured with the voucher number & proof of purchase.
Can I have add-ons in the voucher price?
Our gift vouchers are monetary value and can be used for sessions and add-ons.
Example: You can purchase £38 gift vouchers and redeem that for Splatter Art Session ( which cost £35) and add-on polaroid photo (which cost £3).
Can I extend my gift voucher?
Vouchers are non extendable, there are no exceptions.
If you require an extension to your gift voucher validation you may do so at an administrative cost of £10.
I want to purchase a gift voucher but I am not sure which value I should choose?
Our gift vouchers are monetary value and are redeemable for any experience in the Edinburgh venue.
Here are some examples of activity prices:
- Splatter Art Session for one adult or child under 16 years old cost £35.
- Splatter Art Session for 2 adults sharing one paint station (date night) cost £60
- Splatter Art Session for child under 6 years old and supporting adult cost £38
We do have various add-ons available, like polaroid photo £3. You can purchase £38 gift voucher and receiver can redeem the gift voucher for splatter art session and polaroid photo add on.
Do You Offer a Family Ticket?
We don’t currently offer a specific family ticket, however we do recommend our private room experience for families of up to 5 people. Your session includes two large canvases (20×30 inch), one standard canvas (16×20 inch), plus access to our spin art bike for even more creative fun.
The cost of the private family session for up to 5 people is £120.
When Is the Studio Open?
Our studio is open from Thursday to Monday, so you can redeem your gift voucher on any of those days. Availability may vary depending on bookings, so we recommend booking in advance.
