Kids Session FAQs
What is the age range for these sessions?
These sessions are designed for children aged 7-13.
When and how long are the sessions?
The sessions run every Sunday at 11 AM and last 45 minutes. If you choose the Collaborative Splatter the session extends to 60 minutes.
How much does the session cost?
The session costs £30 per child. Optional add-ons like the Polaroid Picture and Collaborative Canvas are available at an additional cost.
What is included in the session?
Each child will receive:
A 16×20 canvas
Access to all paints and tools in the studio
A splatter box for their artwork
Personal protective equipment (PPE): poncho, shower caps, goggles, and booties or Crocs
Do the children take their artwork home the same day?
Yes, all children take their artwork home on the same day. We provide take-home boxes to safely transport their creations, and all artwork must be taken home after the session.
Is the paint washable?
We use non-toxic, highly pigmented acrylic paint. While it washes off skin easily, it can be difficult to remove from certain fabrics and materials. We strongly recommend wearing old clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting paint on.
How many children can participate in a session?
Each session has 16 stations available. For private bookings, you will need to book all 16 stations.
Do parents stay during the session?
Parents are welcome to stay and observe, but the session is designed to be fully guided by our Splatter Guides, ensuring a fun and independent experience for the kids.
How do I book a session?
You can book directly through our website or contact the studio for assistance. We recommend booking early, as spaces are limited!
Can I book this session for a birthday party?
Yes! These public sessions are perfect for birthday celebrations. However, as the studio is a shared space, multiple parties may occur simultaneously. For a private party, you can book the entire studio (16 stations).
What happens if someone cancels?
Please refer to our booking and cancellation policy or contact the studio directly for assistance.
Is the session for birthday parties only?
Absolutely not. These are kids-only sessions, so you’re welcome to book even if it’s not for a birthday party. Our experiences are perfect for play dates, celebrations, school holidays, or simply a fun creative activity.
